The customer acknowledges and accepts that he/she has read and agrees to the terms and conditions published on this website. To confirm the booking you will be asked for a credit card with the expiry date as a guarantee and in the case of non-refundable rate bookings to charge the price of the stay.
WEB RATES:
Xixerella Park Resort requires a deposit (deposit and down payment) of 50% of the reservation at the time of confirmation. Plus 10€ administrative costs.
Cancellations:
Dates:
09/12/2021 to 30/10/22 if cancelled more than 7 days prior to arrival date, 50% refund.
After the deadline or no-show, the deposit (50%) will not be refunded.
NON-REFUNDABLE RATES:
Discounted rate requiring a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total booking. These reservations are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
If cancelled 100% non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable (100%).
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
All prices include 4.6% IGI. Prices valid except for typographical errors. Xixerella Park reserves the right to correct any discrepancies that arise when the system calculates the rate. In this case the hotel will notify the client the correct rate as soon as possible. The customer may accept the change or cancel the booking without charge. Breakfast is not included in the room rate. The number of persons agreed in the reservation must be respected. Check-in to the room from 17:00h. Check-out: between 8:00h and 11:00h.
